General polices & procedures:
• The bundle will be eligible for any new subscriber who would like to subscribe into the 10 GB data package.
• The customer has to pay the full payment of the bundle ( AED 499)
• The bundle offer of 10 GB package subscription is also valid for both existing Wasel and GSM SIM cards. As per the offer, the customer will be eligible to appeal the Data SIM free of charge; however, the customer can get the subscription on his existing/new GSM or Wasel line as well; however; the new Wasel or GSM line charges will be applicable.
• *Customer who gets a data SIM or GSM Line in this promotion will get less than one month free usage depending on the relevant bill cycle. For example, a customer got a Data SIM on 28th of Nov and he/she from bill cycle one. Then, he/she will be eligible to enjoy 2 days only of free usage of 10GB package and the monthly rental of AED 460 will be due on the 1st of December. This point should be communicated to the customer before issuing the request.
• Customer who gets Wasel SIM card will enjoy one month free usage starting day one of his subscription.
• The customer has the right to cancel or upgrade/downgrade his subscription after the one month discount or after the prorated days that eligible in case of GSM customers are over. For example, customer get a Data SIM on 28th of Nov and he/she from bill cycle one. Then, he/she will be eligible to enjoy 2 days only of the free usage of 10GB package and the due monthly rental of AED 460 will be eligible on the 1st of December. This point to be comminute to the customer before issuing the request.

Mobile Business Message by Etisalat
Mobile Business Messaging Trial
As part of our continuous efforts to increase awareness of Etisalat Mobile Business solutions, we are pleased to announce the soft launch of Mobile Business Messaging service to our valued Business customers. Businesses opting for this trial can use the service for FREE until December 31, 2009.
Mobile Business Messaging service allows businesses to send and receive SMS and MMS using a Desktop Client or through direct connectivity to the MMSC. It is a full messaging solution that provides multiple options of connectivity, interfaces, platforms and features, allowing businesses to communicate and interact effectively with their customers at a fraction of a cost compared to standard Media - a complete interactive communication solution for Etisalat Business customers, both ES and SMBs
The new "Mobile Business Messaging" service is expected to be ready for commercial launch in Q1 2010. Until then, the service will be offered as a trial version free of charge to our business customers as part of the soft launch.
Business Customers can apply for both options:
• To send and receive SMS and MMS messages from a PC desktop clients (Message Manager).
• To send and receive MMS messages via direct MMS connectivity through MM7 protocol.
More features will be available when the service is commercially launched:
o Web Interface
o Lotus Notes Plug-in
o Internet Explorer Plug-in
o Fire Fox Plug-in
o MSN Plug-in
o API (SDK) and Service Monitor to automate the service and link it to other internal data bases
How can Customers apply for the trial
Business customers are required to download the application form from Etisalat website and then fill in the application form and submit it to their assigned Account Managers. Alternatively, they can visit their nearest Etisalat Business Centers.

1. Normal Short codes rates are only allowed during the trial period i.e. priced at 18 Fils for SMS and 45 Fils for MMS, for incoming messages.
2. In case companies violate the terms and conditions in the application form or the service contract; Etisalat reserves the right to cease the service as instructed in the service terms and conditions.
3. Sales do not need marketing approvals for defining or changing sender IDs, but they need to follow the rules defined in the product net.
